เธอเกิดและเติมโตมาที่ อ.ศรีสำโรง จ.สุโขทัย หลังจากเรียนจบชั้นมัธยมศึกษาที่โรงเรียนสวรรค์อนันตวิทยาเธอก็ไปเรียนต่อด้านจิตวิทยาที่มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เมื่อเรียนจบ คีตาญชลีเข้าทำงานในกรุงเทพ เปลี่ยนอาชีพมาหลากหลาย สุดท้ายเธอเป็นช่างภาพในเมืองหาดใหญ่ จ.สงขลา
ตอนเด็กๆ คีตาญชลีชอบอ่านและวาดการ์ตูน ดูภาพยนตร์ และสนใจอ่านหนังสือ โดยเฉพาะวรรณกรรมเยาวชนและงานสืบสวนสอบสวน จนมีผลงานสืบสวนสอบสวนออกมาสองเล่ม
She was born and raised in Sri Samrong District, Sukhothai Province. After graduating from secondary school at Sawan Ananta Wittaya School, she went to study psychology at Chiang Mai University. Upon graduation, Kitanchalee joined Bangkok to work. Changing careers in various ways Finally, she is a photographer in Hat Yai, Songkhla Province.
As a child, Kitanchalee liked to read and draw cartoons, watch movies, and read books, especially youth literature, and investigative work, until two investigative pieces were released.
