“I want to listen to the Thai Alphabet with the Dinosaur series. This book is not a book for learning to read alphabets like A, B, and C. Still, it is a book that encourages both children and adults to have fun thinking about connecting alphabets with each dinosaur species, opening their imaginations into knowledge in an enormous book world that’s endlessly waiting for children to discover!

ชีวัน วิสาสะ หรือ ‘ครูชีวัน’ นักเขียน-นักวาดภาพประกอบนิทานเด็ก ที่มีผลงานเป็นที่ยอมรับมาอย่างยาวนาน ผลงานที่โดดเด่น อาทิ ‘น้องส้มโอกับพี่หลอดไฟ’ ‘อีเล้งเค้งโค้ง’ ไปจนถึง ‘มดสิบตัว’ ที่เคยได้รับการแปลเป็นภาษาต่างประเทศมาแล้ว นอกจากนี้ครูชีวันเคยทำงานด้านสื่อสำหรับเด็กมามากมาย เช่นการเขียนบทโทรทัศน์รายการ สโมสรผึ้งน้อย รายการเห็ดหรรษา ละครสีสันวรรณกรรม แต่งเพลงสำหรับเด็ก ทำค่ายเด็ก ไปจนถึงเป็นที่ปรึกษา กึ่งบรรณาธิการและกึ่งนักเขียนให้กับสำนักพิมพ์ และเป็นชาวไทยคนแรกและคนเดียวที่ได้รับเชิญไปร่วมเสวนาในงานสัปดาห์หนังสือเด็กนานาชาติ ประเทศสวีเดน ถึง 2 ครั้ง
Cheewan Wisasa, often known as “Kru Cheewan,” is a children’s book author and artist. Nong Som-O and Pi Lord Fai, E-Leng Keng Kong, and 10 Ants are among his best-known works, which have been translated into various languages. He had also worked in the children’s media industry, creating screenplays for TV series such as “Sa Mo Sorn Pueng Noi,” “Hed Hunsa,” and “Seesan Wannagum Series,” as well as writing children’s songs, organizing a children’s camp, and working as a semi-editor and semi-writer consultant for a publisher. He is the first and only Thai author to participate in discussions at the International Children’s Book Fair in Sweden on two occasions.
