ลูกเต่ามะเฟืองฟักออกจากไข่ เดินลงไปในทะเล ทะเลต้อนรับลูกเต่าตัวน้อยอย่างยินดี เพื่อน ๆ สัตว์ในทะเลต่างก็ยินดี แต่ในทะเลเริ่มมีขยะมากมายเพราะผู้คนทิ้งขยะลงในทะเล ทะเลพยายามพัดขยะคืนฝั่ง แต่ก็ไม่หมดกระทั่งวันหนึ่งเต่าน้อยติดอยู่ในถุงขาวใส ออกจากถุงไม่ได้ ทะเลจึงช่วยพาเต่าน้อยลงทะเล เพื่อนสัตว์แต่ละตัวช่วยกันทำลายถุงพลาสติกอย่างยากลำบาก แล้วในที่สุดเต่าน้อยก็หลุดออกจากถุงพลาสติกได้และว่ายลึกลงสู่ใต้ทะเล

The baby carambola turtle hatched from its egg and made its way into the water. The sea greeted the young turtle with happiness, as did his fellow aquatic animals. However, there is a lot of garbage in the water that humans have thrown. The water attempted to blow the trash back to its shore, but it did not. Until one day, when the baby turtle became trapped in a white plastic bag and couldn’t get out. As a result, the water helped bring a baby turtle to the sea. The aquatic creatures had a difficult time breaking the plastic bag. Finally, the little turtle could escape and swim deep into the water.

ปรีดา ปัญญาจันทร์ เป็นนักเขียนและนักวาดภาพประกอบที่ได้รับรางวัลเกี่ยวกับหนังสือเด็กมากมาย ปัจจุบันเป็นอาจารย์พิเศษสอนวิชาวรรณกรรมเด็กในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาต่างๆ และเป็นวิทยากรอบรมครู สร้างสื่อการสอนด้วยศิลปะ

Preeda Punyachand is an award-winning author and illustrator of numerous children’s books. He is currently a particular instructor teaching children’s literature in many universities and is a lecturer for a teaching training course. He uses art to produce instructional materials.
